Our chefs have been preparing our dishes for over twenty years, using only the best products from our Riviera. With expertize they manage to produce light and flavoured dishes, appreciated by all of our guests. Every year they add new recipies to our traditional dishes, always managing to please each and everyone. Special attention is dedicated to whom, either by choice or necessity, has particular health requests, for example children or sporting people.
